BSA Swim Test tonight at Dublin Park If anyone still needs to take the BSA swim test, we will conduct it tonight at Dublin Park indoor pool starting at 5:30. Please be there by 5:30 as the pool closes at 6:00 for Swim Lessons. We do have to pay the Dublin park pool fee (which I think is $2-3). Scott |

Nick Gordon's Eagle Project This Saturday 31 July Per the announcement at the troop meeting last night, Nick Gordon's Eagle Project will start this Saturday at 9:00. Nick will be sending out more details shortly, but in the Troop 83 tradition, lets have a good turnout to help with this service project. Yes it looks to be another hot day, but if we can a good turnout, much of it can be accomplished by the noon time. |

Shotgun Merit Badge Mr. Johnson has offered to be the Merit Badge Instructor for the Shotgun Merit Badge. I know several scouts had started this merit badge in the past and need to finish it, and there are also plenty of scouts who have joined the troop since Mr. Litavec last was the Shotgun MB instructor. So please let Mr. Johnson know if you would like to work on this merit badge as he has planning to start up soon. |
